The Swann Plantation is located in Sevierville, Tennessee, on a hilltop that overlooks the Little Pigeon River.
The plantation is immaculately designed to bring every Antebellum and Old South fantasy to life for couples who want a Smoky Mountain
wedding to feel like they’re getting married in 1886.
The 50-acre estate those couples will be enjoying encompasses the following:
* Two-story mansion.
* Two-bedroom guest house.
* Large horse barn.
* Dairy barn.
* Carriage house.
* Smoke house.
* Grain silo.
* Milk parlor.
* Dove release accommodations.
* Chairs for nearly 1000 people.
The estate is also set up for public and private functions beyond matrimonies.
Accommodations and seating can provide 300 with a classroom-style congregation or 150 for dinner.
Events can be as fancy or as rustic as guests wish for what they have in mind.
Dinner can take place in the horse barn, or guests can get wed in the mansion or outside on the expansive lawn, or there can be a dance inside or outside. Choices are only limited by imagination.
